Angela! I love and have been watching you for years, but you must be more informed about food safety. In 2019, the "Formal Agreement Between FDA and USDA Regarding Oversight of Human Food Produced Using Animal Cell Technology Derived from Cell Lines of USDA-amenable Species" was released with subsection B2 stating that "harvests cells cultured from livestock or poultry subject to the FMIA or PPIA for the purpose of producing human food required to bear the USDA mark of inspection, processes those cells into such human food products, or packages and labels such products, to obtain a grant of inspection, as required by the FSIS regulations." This means that it is not permissible to sell lab-grown meat without a label indicating so. Although the data is older, as of last July, the FDA only allowed two companies to sell lab-grown meat, Upside Foods and Good Meat. Your meat is 'safe'. And even if you buy from these brands, the meat is still safe. Regarding the apple beverage statement, this is common and to your benefit. For something to be juice, it must fit the FDA definition, meaning "aqueous liquid expressed or extracted from one or more fruits or vegetables, purees of the edible portions of one or more fruits or vegetables, or any concentrates of such liquid or puree." If something is artificially created, it cannot be called a juice. The companies, however, can trick customers by packaging the product in bright colors with pictures of apples. The same goes for nut-based milk. The dairy lobby has worked hard to call these products beverages, not milk.

only started 5 days ago but I'm doing this with you.. usually I fast til about 5:30-6pm and have a 3-4 hour eating window and I feel great! IF was really difficult for me until I upped my fiber & started taking hydration during the day more seriously.

I remember the scoliosis test in junior high. It was during PE. We had our gym shorts on and bras. Boys weren't there, they had a separate gym class. We lined up outside the locker room in the gym. I can't remember if we entered the locker room one by one or if we entered in pairs. The gym teacher was there and the school nurse. I recall standing straight up and bending over. They notified my mom that I should see the doctor. At the doctor he checked me and said I was fine. He seemed puzzled as to why the nurse seemed to think there was a problem. The whole experience was not too bad but I was more freaked out from reading Deenie, by Judy Blume. I think that was the book about the girl in a brace
